Edit Mode switch

The Edit Mode switch lets you select whether to edit the current pattern, or choose between the 16 available patterns in the current preset.

Pat Edit

Lets you create and edit drum patterns.

Pat Sel

Lets you switch between the patterns in the current preset.

Patterns can be selected using MIDI notes at any time, regardless of Edit Mode switch position.
